A Rare Francois Langur Monkey Born in Evansville Indiana Zoo
A Francois langur money was born February 2nd 2008 at Evansville’s Mesker Park Zoo. The Francois langur is an endangered species of monkey from China and Vietnam.
Zoo director Dan McGinn says that only three of these rare monkeys were born in year 2007 out of roughly 60 langurs kept among 13 North American zoos.
